DIVA DEALS!!!!

So the other day, a good friend of mine asked me to do make up on one of her promotional models. Of course I agreed! Any practice is good practice I decided. Since I haven’t quite started to build my kit, I asked if she could bring her own foundation, but sadly, she didn’t wear makeup, so no foundation! The same day, I ventured over to Bealls outlet. Someone told me they had 90% off clearance and I’m a cheapo at heart so I was in there like swimwear!!!!

I’m browsing the huge accessory section, and notice that they have some E.L.F makeup and nail polishes. I look to my left and BAM! They have tons of “discarded” drug-store makeup brands! They have so many different shades of foundation, and so many different brands! Now while it does take some patience to sort thru the many different items, it’s well worth it. I bought 3 different bottles of different shades of Age Rewind foundation from Maybelline. For how much u ask? Well at CVS, its $9.49, at Bealls Outlet its $2.99 a bottle! I’m sorry but to me you just can’t get much better than that!!! They have all different drugstore brands, and a very very large accessorie section as well!!!

This is their website, find them at a place near you!

They're HERE!!!

Well, one of them is here at least! I ordered "Duri Rejuvacote Nail System" and "Kinky Curly Curling Custard" last wednesday, and the nail system came in the mail today!!!! Im so excited to begin using it. It was relatively cheap, about 13$ including shipping. On the Duri website it is 14$, they dont ship to P.O Boxes and shipping is free. I bought mines off of amazon.com for 8.50 plus $5 shipping, along with my Kinky-Curly Curling Custard (review coming soon!). Without further ado, here is my "pre-review". Full review will be up in about 2 weeks, but you can always moniter my progress!

This is the box it came in. Its TINY, I though it would be bigger for some reason, but I was pleasantly suprised.
The directions read: Begin with Clean Dry nails. Apply One coat of rejuvacote as a base coat. Apply nail color if desired. Apply rejuvacote as top coat daily. After 7 days remove with polish remover. As your nails improve, apply every other day, or as needed.
Very Straight forward, easy to understand directions. That along with the simple box design is refreshing, the only "claim" on the box is "Its not a PROMISE its a GUARANTEE". Well, shoot. i dont like promises anyways lol!!

The polish itself is a cloudy pinkish color. it smells like a regular polish, but its not as thick as other nail strengtheners i've tried.  it goes on smooth, and dries to a semi-shine (if that even makes sense!!!). So far so good, but the full review is yet to come! I will be taking pictures (with a better camera) daily to document my progress!!!!!
